Privacy

Updated November 1, 2026

This page covers the sunbaby.ca website and the launch email list. The Sunbaby app will have its own privacy policy when it ships.

Who we are

Sunbaby is made by brito.ai.

Person in charge of personal information: Junior Brito, Owner, junior@brito.ai. This person is responsible for protecting your information and for answering your questions and complaints.

Visiting the site

No cookies, no analytics, no ads, no tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse. We don't store it.

If you join the launch list

We store only:

We use this information for one thing: a single email when Sunbaby launches on the App Store. We don't sell it or use it for anything else. We share it only with the service providers that store it and send the launch email (Cloudflare, and the email service we use to send the launch email), and only for that purpose.

Signing up doesn't tell us anything about your health, and we don't ask. Anyone can join: parents-to-be, family and friends.

The list is meant for adults. If you are under 14, please don't sign up.

If you are in the EU or UK, our legal basis is your consent.

Where it is stored

In a Cloudflare D1 database run by Cloudflare, Inc., on servers in North America, which may be in the United States. Cloudflare may also process it in other countries where it operates. This means your information may be stored and processed outside Québec and outside Canada. While it is, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessed by its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities. Cloudflare is bound by a written data processing agreement with us.

How long we keep it

Until the launch email is sent. We delete the list, including any copy held by our email sending service, within 60 days after that, so the unsubscribe link keeps working for the full period the law requires. If Sunbaby has not launched by December 31, 2027, we delete the list without emailing you. Deleted entries leave Cloudflare's backups within 30 days.

Your choices

If you have a concern, write to the person in charge named above. We will look into it and answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, in Québec, the Commission d'accès à l'information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not use your information for a new purpose without asking you first.

Do Not Track

This site does not track you across other sites, so it treats every visit the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. No third party collects information about your online activity over time and across sites through this site.
